american dream project
I look around America right now and I see, more than anything, a moment of challenge and change. I wonder how people are reacting to it: are we trucking along or are is something changing in us as well? As Americans, do we still buy into the traditional ideas of America? Or is that changing too?
So, I’m traveling around the country this summer with the hope of talking to as many people as I can about their life, their hopes, their struggles and how this all fits into the idea of the American Dream.
I’m doing this because I’m curious, I genuinely think that we’re changing and I want to understand it. I’m hoping that there are a lot of people that are willing to open themselves up to this and help tell the story of the Dream today.

I will roughly be in San Francisco, Pacific Northwest and then Alaska from June to the middle of July. Then I’ll be back down in the continental US for July/August/September.
